Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

These warranty terms apply to all sofa furniture products sold by our company, including but not limited to:

  • Fabric sofas

  • Leather sofas

  • Functional sofas (e.g., electric reclining sofas)

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the warranty period.

 

2. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period for all sofa products is one (1) year from the date of receipt. For clearance items, the warranty period is six (6) months.

 

3. Warranty Services

Within the applicable warranty period, if any defect or malfunction occurs under normal use and it is not caused by user damage, we will offer free repair, part replacement, or product exchange as necessary. This includes:

Defects are defined as issues that compromise the functionality and structural integrity of our products including but not limited to:

1)Broken components or hardware.

2)Obvious stains.

3)Functional defective

4)Significant misalignment affecting usage.

5)Unintended tears or splits in fabrics or leathers not caused by misuse.

However, due to the nature of natural materials such as wood and leather, variations such as irregular distressing, sporadic oxidations, color fluctuations are inherent characteristics of these materials. These features enhance their unique beauty without impacting performance; therefore they are not considered quality defects under this warranty.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

1)Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly by non-approved personnel

2)Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor wrinkles, color fading from sunlight)

3)Misuse such as jumping on the sofa, overloading, or placing in high-humidity environments

4)Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake)

5)Lack of valid proof of purchase or inability to verify purchase history

5. To exercise your rights under this warranty:

Contact us at thewestoryoffice@zuoyou-sofa.com with detailed information about the issue you are facing along with proof of purchase (e.g., order number, transaction details, images/videos of the product issue ), Airsky preserve the right to request images/videos of the product issue to valid the warranty.

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours and guide you through subsequent steps.
